Family time

So Keira met her Grandpa McDougall for the first time at the end of March. We now have Phil’s mom visiting. And Phil started his new job last week. Actually, it was the same day that there was an electric fire in the Underground by his work, which took out all the Internet and phones in the area for a couple of days. So catching up with the blog has been a bit tricky. And having family visit has been amazing! Keira is at a fun age where everything gets pulled in the general direction of her mouth. She’s able to sit up with some assistance. She loves playing in her Jolly Jumper that Grandpa set up. We’ve been out and about quite a lot and Keira seems to have gotten over her grumpy phase that she was going through a couple of weeks ago. She had a couple of epic meltdowns in public places, which was fun. We tried sitting her up in the pushchair for the first time when my dad was here and she loved it.

Having family close by has been so great. I can’t really go into it without tearing up a little bit, so I think I will delay discussing that further at this point in time. For now, some pictures for your viewing pleasure.
