Hi, I'm Keira. I'm new to the world.

Yay! Keira and mum are both healthy. Time to come home from Hospital.

Wow, that snow suite is huge, but it's going to be warm and comfy

Wow, that snow suite is huge, but it’s going to be warm and comfy. Glad it wasn’t the other way around where the snow suite was smaller than Keira.

Keira made it into the snow suite and is the first baby in the family (that I know of) to go home from hospital in a London taxi cab. She didn't even fuss one bit.

And now the fun begins for Dad. It’s the first nappy change at home.

November 20th, 2014. I got to register my daughter at the Islington Town Hall and walk away with a birth certificate.

To celebrate Keira’s 1 week of being in the world, we had our first family outing.

Mum and Babies first outing. Exciting times!!! To tone back the excitement, our outing consisted of going to the laundry mat

  1. Hi Tara, Phil & Keira,

LOVE the photos! Keira’s snowsuit looks like a friendly polar bear has eaten her. Really cute! Love to see that Baby K is already urban conscious enough to support pay parking by phone!

Tara & Phil, you’re doing a great job! All the baby manuals in the world aren’t enough to fully you prepare you for the uniqueness, challenges and beautiful gifts that your baby will bring you.

Love and support for this side of the pond!

    Amanda

  2. Awww! Thank you so much for the pics on the blog and for the commentary.
Phil, you were 1 oz more than Keira, when you were born. Put that into perspective.
I can’t wait to see all three of you in April.
We all enjoy your blog. Keep smiling!
    Love to all.
    Mom (Lynette)

  3. I laugh every time I see baby Keira in her snow suit. She should fill it out by June – lol.

I enjoyed our Skype call yesterday. It was great to see baby K. She is so cute.

Look forward to seeing you soon.

    Love Nanny oxoxx

  4. That’s so awesome 🙂

Congrats to both of you, awesome snow suit 🙂

We had someone give us something similar, unfortunately it was too big for her right away and now it’s too small… Yours looks like it might cover her face so be super careful til she fills it out a little more 😀
